  Three years ago we put our Ford Explorer in to be serviced. They had the car for two days and specifically asked that the transmission fluid be changed.
  300 kms out of Kalgoorlie the transmission gave up.
  It was only then my wife told me they had topped the fluid up.
  What? Topped it up? It is virtually impossible to top it up without replacing the fluid.
  After two days in Leonora and getting the car transported back to Kalgoorlie we ended up having to dump the car. Too expensive to fix in Kalgoorlie.
  Bought a new Toyota Prado. Now happyToyota customers.
  Not the car we wanted though. We were going to replace the Explorer with a new Ford Enduro when they came out which is what prompted me to post this review.
  The service manager that hoodwinked my wife with a lie, because she was female, has lost a good customer and lost the sale of a new car.
  We get our new Toyota regularly serviced by the guys down the road from Brighton Ford at Brighton Toyota. A good customer lost forever.
  They had our Ford for two days and then lied to my wife about something I saw as essential, proof was when our car transmission blew in the middle of the desert.
  Thankfully we had friends with us who had another car.
  Imagine the publicity for Jefferson Ford if we had of died having broken down.
  The service manager at Jefferson Ford should be dismissed.
